Nia and Garrett got engaged in Paris on New Year’s Eve, and since then, Nia won’t commit to a wedding date. After a little sexual persuasion, she agrees to the following New Year’s Eve. But first, they have to meet each other’s family, and several secrets are revealed.
I enjoyed meeting this couple in French Kiss Christmas, but Nia and Garrett are a whole vibe in the novella. Their support systems really stood out in this one, as well. If I had to pick just one favorite character, it would have to be Garrett. He was the remedy to all that ached Nia. His body, thoughtfulness and sex game were just an added plus. Unfortunately, his mother was my least favorite character until…she wasn’t (you’ll have to read the book in order to see why).
I highly recommend this this novella by @robbireneewrites, but only after you’ve read French Kiss Christmas.
